Cellulite is a skin problem that can affect everybody including men, children and women. However, women are mostly affected with over 95% of all women

Using Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

  • Optionally, you can add a small amount of honey as a sweetener.

Exercise to Reduce Cellulite



Since cellulite is mainly fat deposits i the adipose tissues, gaining excess weight can contribute to it. Hence, exercises such as skipping, jogging, swimming, walking, jumping on a mini-trampoline, skipping with a rope and even yoga are all very effective ways you can adopt to control stress and reduce the appearance of cellulite on the skin.

 Other equally beneficial activities include dancing, weight lifting and martial arts. Make it a habit of exercising for at least twenty (20) minutes each day, 5 days a week.

 This will return your body chemistry to a balanced state in which this cellulite condition is less likely to develop.

Eating a Low-Fat Balanced Diet


A low-fat balanced diet also plays a significant role in getting rid of cellulite. Consume plenty of fiber and whole grain foods such as bran, oat and other cereals since they assist to remove waste and toxins from body especially the  intestinal tract.

 Vegetables and Fruits such as broccoli, avocados, bananas, asparagus and pears are all excellent foods that reduce or totally prevent the development of cellulite. For this reason, try to consume at least five (5) servings of such foods daily.

Other beneficial natural ingredients to add to your diet include gingko biloba, fish oil and soy lecithin. These are also very effective food supplements that provide positive effects such as enhancing metabolism, improving blood circulation and also protecting against cell damage.

Its also advisable to stay away from white sugar, smoking, alcohol and caffeine caffeinated products since these products constrict your blood vessels which may actually worsen the appearance of cellulite.

 Finally, try to reduce your daily salt intake, since salt is known to contribute to water retention which can promotes cellulite.
