- Occupation-- there are certain professions require frequent exposure to gases, dust or other harmful chemicals that may trigger asthma attacks. For example, people who do painting, landscaping, woodworking, or farming are more susceptible to developing asthma.
Its been also found that symptoms of asthma attack are more severe during late night or early morning and less during the day.

Turmeric as an Asthma Home Remedy

Therefore, an effective natural home treatment for asthmatic conditions is to gently mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder into a glass of warm milk and drink this mixture 2-3 times daily.
Treating Asthma with Honey and Ginger Tea
